Previous Work

Before joining the Complex Litigation group, Zachary was a summer associate at Arent Fox, gaining hands-on training and experience with the Complex Litigation team at the firm. He also worked as a summer associate at Becket Law, defending the rights of religious minorities.

In addition, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Judge Robert T. Numbers, II of the US District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, where he worked on a range of criminal and civil discovery issues. Finally, he worked as a judicial intern to Justice Thomas Rex Lee and Chief Justice Matthew B. Durrant of the Utah Supreme Court.

Life Beyond the Law

When he’s not working, Zachary enjoys ballroom dancing with his wife, exploring the outdoors, and rooting for his hometown Arizona sports teams.
